TEHKI CHARCOAL PREMIUM HANDMADE NOODLES

Ingredients: Wheat flour 90%, corn starch 7%, salt 2%, bamboo charcoal powder 1%

Origin: Malaysia
Cooking instructions: Boil 500ml of water, add the noodles to the boiling water and cook for about 4-5 minutes, stirring to loosen them until evenly soft. Drain the noodles, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, and mix well to prevent the strands from sticking together. Then, stir-fry or cook as desired.
